Technical Support Engineer

We are currently searching for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

Your responsibilities

• Design PV systems with Huawei tech, ensuring grid & safety compliance
• Support installation & commissioning of inverters and monitoring systems
• Monitor via FusionSolar/NetEco; troubleshoot issues remotely/on-site
• Create system documentation and provide client technical support

You should be

Additionally, degree in electrical engineering /electronics/power engineering or similar, proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge about PV, EV industry and products, positive attitude towards customers, valid driving license (group B). An advantage would be knowledge of PVsyst. We require at least 3-5 years of experience in technical or PV field.
