Aspiring for a Dynamic Leader to Lead Our Door-to-Door Sales Team at Solar Works Energy!

Are you a natural leader with a passion for knocking doors, building teams, and driving results? Do you thrive on the thrill of connecting with people face-to-face and inspiring others to excel? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  • Lead by Example: Hit the streets and knock doors alongside your team, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Build and Motivate Teams: Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team of door-to-door sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
