We are looking for a high-potential, self-motivated entry-level Business Development Executive who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to grow in the power industry. In this role, you will support the development of sales strategies, participate in the bidding process, contribute to project delivery and payment collection, and help expand Goldwind’s market presence. You will receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals while contributing to real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer development and relationship management: Assist in identifying potential clients and maintaining ongoing communication with existing customers via phone, email, and meetings.
- Contribute to sales planning: Support the preparation of sales plans, market analysis, and target setting under the guidance of senior team members.
- Product knowledge & promotion: Learn about wind turbines’ technical specifications and support product promotion through events, presentations, and demos.
- Assist in needs assessment: Participate in meetings with customers to gather information about their energy requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
- Quotation preparation: Help prepare proposals and quotations aligned with customer needs and company guidelines.
- Support in contract processes: Assist in coordinating contract signing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Sales reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and support the preparation of regular sales reports and market analysis.
- Market research: Collect and summarize industry and competitor information to support strategy development.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Sales target contribution: Proactively support the team in achieving sales goals and expanding market share.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fresh graduate to three years of job experience.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Internship or academic project experience related to renewable energy, engineering, or business development is a plus.
- Strong interest in the clean energy and wind power sector.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, project management, or energy industry dynamics (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written, verbal, listening) is required.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers and partners.
