主要职责

• 根据生产计划及上级指令，按照作业指导书独立完成装配工作；
• 发现并反馈任何存在的或潜在的装配问题，并提前解决；
• 积极参与公司合理化建议项目，持续改进责任工作；
• 认真实事求是做好作业记录（包括但不限于工时记录，交班记录等），确保工作信息的完整性；
• 检查毛坯质量；使用设备工具前，确保其处理良好状态；做好产品自检工作；发现，汇报并正确处理不合格品，确保产品质量；
• 按照机床上的每日点检表进行设备自检，认真填写点检表，并按照设备维护规定，对设备进行维护；
• 根据机器说明书及相应规范/规定对机器、行车、叉车证及其他工具进行操作；
• 保管各自机床的工具和量具，使用完放回原处，丢失需承担责任；
• 积极参加EHS 培训，并按照EHS 要求，佩戴劳动保护用品，安全操作机器，正确使用工具，正确储存/使用/废弃化学品，避免化学品泄漏。快速的报告和处理异常情况或事故，确保安全生产；
• 做好工作区域内整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养工作，保持工作区域和工具的5S.如地面有油等须立即清除，将垃圾分类放到对应的垃圾桶，禁止将废水排到雨水管道；
• 完成领导分配的其他任务。
