Permanent Position Service Technician Maintenance (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we are looking for a service technician with a focus on maintenance and electrical expertise to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis, in full-time or part-time capacity.

TRICERA energy specializes in the development, construction, and operation of medium (>100 kWh) to large (>2 MWh) battery storage systems and operates both in Germany and internationally. Our mission is to actively shape an optimized, demand-oriented, and renewable energy supply worldwide.

Your responsibilities

• Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems of battery storage units according to DIN-VDE standards and internal guidelines
• Testing equipment parameters and processes, electrical troubleshooting, and rectifying malfunctions in battery storage systems
• Performing minor repairs
• Providing service-oriented customer support, recording all technical activities on-site, documenting measurement results, and creating professional service reports
• Installation and commissioning of new systems
• Collaboration in technical development, including remote monitoring tools/data, installation quality, and maintenance friendliness

Your skills

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer or similar qualification
• Professional experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems and in the field of medium-voltage switchgear is desirable but not mandatory
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel (50% office-based / 50% field activities)
• Experience with bidirectional inverters, HVAC systems, or 1500 V DC systems is advantageous
• Ensuring safety, both yours and that of others, is your top priority during maintenance
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a structured and independent work style
