Order Handler Spare parts

Purpose of the position

As an Order handler Spare parts, you will build strong customer relationships and deliver spare parts with the highest customer satisfaction, produce quotes, handle orders, do invoicing, and perform all the actions needed to deliver our promise regarding spare part handling.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• First point of contact for all customer requests, respond to customers within SLA gathering the necessary input from colleagues to give the customer the information they need
• Managing & overseeing successful, prompt quote handling and customer deliveries
• Identifying any challenges to orders being on time & collaborating with colleagues to resolve
• Confirming and sending delivery instructions
• Proactive communication to keep customers informed
• Build strong relationships with customer to understand their needs
• Takes ownership of challenges to ensure we deliver as promised to the customer, collaborating with colleagues and being the voice of the customers
• Log claims, complaints, and internal non-conformances and liaise with colleagues to find the root cause of issues and identify rapid resolutions and challenges for preventative measures
• Challenge processes to ensure we constantly improve the spare part process
• Processing customer orders and Notification Entries, ensuring all details are entered correctly
• Support with escalation and complaint handling to find prompt resolution for customers
• Involved in projects for improved, more efficient and customer focussed processes
• In-depth knowledge of our systems, processes, and products and knowledge of which colleague responsibilities to ensure a seamless service for our customers
• Support and buddy with team members to help with queries and share best practice and knowledge
• Provide dedicated support to our VIP customers to meet all their needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

• Degree educated or equivalent through relevant experience

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Computer skills; MS office basics, G-suite and ERP system (SAP & SalesForce) knowledge is an asset

Experience Requirements:
5 years in similar profession and customer experience, with strong product, business, processes, and market knowledge.
