The Role

We're looking for talented professionals to express their interest in upcoming roles as our projects evolve and expand.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning on solar and wind farms.
• Construction, Inspection and testing of electrical substations including incorporated equipment either connected to the Electricity Distribution Network or intended to be connect to the Electricity Distribution Network
• Complying with all WHS safety practices and procedures.
• Demonstrating commitment to environmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional image, cleanliness and organisation of work area.

Qualifications

• A Class Electrical License
• HV switching qualification and experience is a must
• Open Manual Drivers License (MR/HR - desirable)
• Construction Induction Card & High Risk Work License
• Confined Space certification
• High level of understanding of the importance of Health and Safety
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
• Willingness to work away on different project sites Australia-wide
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail

Highly sought after additional skills

• Experience in HV indoor and outdoor substation construction
• Qualifications and experience as required by utility transmission and distribution network service providers
• HV cable testing - VLF and TDR fault finding experience
• Work Safely at Heights training
• Mobile plant operator qualification and/or experience
• High risk work license – WP, CN, DG, RB, LF
