As a Senior Product Manager at Greenely, you will be at the heart of our product strategy, driving the vision, development, and growth of our innovative solutions. You will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our platform consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations while delivering commercial success. • Lead Product Strategy: Define and drive a product vision that aligns with Greenely's mission and business goals. You will prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and commercial opportunities, ensuring the product roadmap delivers maximum value.
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop products that solve real customer problems and enhance their experience. You will gather insights, identify pain points, and translate these into innovative solutions that delight users and drive engagement.
• Balance Commercial Considerations: Ensure that product decisions take into account both customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to create products that are not only user-friendly but also commercially viable and scalable.
• Innovate and Execute: Lead the development of innovative products that integrate hardware and software, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your technical and industry expertise will help navigate complex challenges and bring cutting-edge solutions to market.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams will be essential in bringing our products to life.
• Drive Market Growth: Identify market opportunities and drive product initiatives that support Greenely's expansion. You will play a key role in scaling our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a growing customer base and adapts to market dynamics.
• Ensure Quality and Performance: Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance. You will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed quality standards, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience (>5y) as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar lead role, with a strong track record of delivering customer-focused tech-products in a multi-product and multi-market environment.
• Strong background in product development, with hands-on experience and deep understanding of the intersection between hardware and software.
• Experience leading product strategy and execution in a growth-focused or scale-up business environment.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into successful product strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience balancing customer satisfaction with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within and across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on driving innovative and commercially sound solutions.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and a focus on continuous improvement.
