Origination and Sales Support Coordinator

What would you work on

• Ensure that all contracts undergo a legal review according to the internal guidebook. Escalate only significant or non-standard changes to the legal team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for local country managers and origination sales teams. Support them throughout the onboarding workflow while the business team retains full responsibility for commercial negotiations.
• Guarantee that power plant specifications for forecast providers, scheduling, and other internal systems are available ahead of the first trading day.
• Cooperate with the billing team on setting up the automated invoicing process.
• Lead the signing process, ensure all internal approvals are completed, and store executed contracts in the proper archive.
• Help streamline cross-team communication and documentation, prioritize deals with significant business impact.

• Able to streamline cross-team communication and documentation.
• Experience in energy markets, asset onboarding, commercial operations, or contract management is a plus.
• Confidence coordinating across legal, business, technical, and operations teams.
• Ability to track many moving parts, enforce deadlines, and proactively resolve gaps.
• Fluency in English.
• Eagerness to learn new things, curiosity, independence, being a quick thinker and problem solver.
