Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel with a strong background in corporate and commercial law to join our dynamic legal team. This role provides meaningful, hands-on involvement in the core corporate activity of a multinational group, including direct exposure to senior management, interaction with global teams, and participation in significant governance and regulatory processes. It is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer with strong analytical abilities and a desire to grow within a fast-paced international legal environment.

Corporate Governance

• Coordinate and support the activities of the board of directors of the group.
• Prepare, review, and oversee corporate approvals and board-related materials.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the group's corporate governance practices and policies.
• Assist in managing and supervising the corporate framework of the group's subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and best practices in each relevant territory.
• Maintain and manage company registers, including loans, guarantees, charges, and other corporate instruments.

Regulatory and Compliance Support

• Provide legal guidance regarding regulatory and compliance matters applicable to the group's global activities. Support internal processes relating to risk management, policy implementation, and corporate oversight.

Commercial and Cross-Border Work

• Participate in drafting, reviewing, and supporting negotiations of commercial agreements.
• Manage relationships with external counsels and coordinate legal support for cross-border matters.

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised institution; admission to practice law in Israel.
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in the Corporate department of a leading law firm.
• Solid background in corporate law, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
• Native level Hebrew and high level of English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholder.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
