As Project Manager, you'll guide large‑scale wind farm projects from late‑stage development into execution, working closely with engineering, logistics, commercial, and construction teams across Australia.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and overall commercial performance.
• Implement project plans covering HSE, quality, logistics, and execution readiness.
• Provide delivery insights to support project development, approvals, and planning.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in an engineering or commercial discipline, construction or project management, or another discipline related to construction, infrastructure, or energy.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
• Candidates with other qualifications may be considered with substantial, directly relevant project management experience.

Competencies

• Minimum 5 years' project management experience in major infrastructure or energy.
• Around 10 years' post‑graduate industry experience, ideally within including construction environments.
• Strong commercial, contract and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑building skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and resources.
