Join Vaisala Germany as Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d) in Bonn/Hamburg. Drive sales, provide consultancy, and collaborate with sales team. Remote work option available.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d) to join our Industrial Measurements organization at Vaisala Germany (hybrid). The position can be based in either Bonn or Hamburg, with the option to work from your home office as well.

You will be part of our German Sales team of actual four professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to increase sales in this territory, mainly in Germany. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with your sales partner in Germany inside sales and outside sales team. You will report to the Director of Sales EMEA Central.

What’s your role?
- Assume sales responsibility for industrial measuring products in the German territory, including identifying new potential customers/projects and effectively managing existing clientele.
- Provide technical and commercial consultancy to customers, manage leads.
- Utilize CRM system (SalesForce) to create quotes, follow up on opportunities, and execute value-based selling.
- Participate in exhibitions, collaborate with sales team and stakeholders (e.g., order-handling, product marketing), and contribute to project reporting and internal meetings.
What will you bring?
- A keen interest in technical matters paired with outstanding communication skills to comprehend customer requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A positive sales approach coupled with a strong grasp of economic principles relevant to the business.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player within a professional sales team.
