A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manages project engineering firms, junior engineering staff, serves as a proponent for project-level needs, performs calculations, reviews and issues plans and specifications to ensure the company achieves its strategic objectives.
• Provides training and mentorship for project and technical personnel.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or related field required. Professional Engineer licensure is preferred, with an emphasis on construction, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• At a minimum, the candidate will hold an Engineer-in-Training certificate with potential to become a licensed Professional Engineer in 6 months preferred.
• Four or more years of progressive engineering and engineering supervisory experience, in a related industry (i.e., heavy civil, industrial, utilities, power generation) required.

$98,589.00 - $142,955.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
