Your Role

• Taking over responsibilities: Support several departments by focusing on structured processes, documentation, and daily operations. Gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a fast-growing tech company by assisting with procurement workflows, information security systems, and IT administration tasks.
• Structuring and optimizing: Take an active role in maintaining and developing internal processes. This includes managing supplier onboarding and evaluations, supporting our ISMS documentation and audits, and helping IT with onboarding and asset management.
• Shaping the future: Your contribution supports the foundation of our operations, making sure the company can scale securely and efficiently as we work toward a cleaner energy future.
• Showing your strengths: Work closely with procurement, IT, and infosec colleagues, bringing your structured mindset and organizational skills to everyday challenges. From maintaining data quality to assisting in audits and documentation, your eye for detail makes the difference.
• Innovation collaboration: Be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, where you’ll learn from experienced colleagues, contribute your ideas, and help shape the systems that keep our company running smoothly.

Your Skills

• Experience: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Know-how: You have a strong interest in IT and operational processes, and ideally some experience with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, or ISMS software. You need to have a good understanding of German bureaucracy.
• MS Office: Profound knowledge in the use of MS Office.
• Working method: You are structured, reliable, and like working independently, always with an eye for detail and quality.
• Personality: You bring initiative, a hands-on mentality, and enjoy working with others in a supportive team.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in German and English (non negotiable!).
