Position

To support our next growth phase, we are looking for an experienced Business Process, Data & AI Analyst who will play a key role in transforming Smappee into a data‑driven and data & AI‑focused organisation.

In this role, you act as a strategic liaison between business, IT and key service partners, translating business needs into scalable process, data and AI solutions. You drive improvements across our ERP, data and analytics landscape and help embed data‑driven decision making throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end business processes, workflows and data flows across the organisation
• Act as the go‑to person for the operational business from an ERP, data and analytics perspective
• Translate business models and requirements into Odoo ERP, data platforms (Databricks) and AI‑enabled solutions in close collaboration with IT and external partners
• Own and drive the ERP, data and AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Enable data‑driven decision making by defining KPIs, data models, dashboards and insights together with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities where data, automation and AI can improve the Smappee product, efficiency, quality and decision making
• Gather, validate and document business, data and analytics requirements
• Coordinate and support projects with internal teams and key service partners to ensure successful delivery
• Communicate insights, recommendations and progress clearly to management and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within ERP, data or analytics‑driven environments (Odoo & Databricks experience is a strong asset)
• Proven experience with end‑to‑end business processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, Enable)
• Strong analytical mindset with a clear interest in data, analytics and AI use cases
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL and Power BI)
• Familiarity with automation and integration tooling (e.g. Zapier, Workato)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business, IT and external partners
• Structured, pragmatic and able to drive change in a fast‑growing organisation
