About the team

You work across all teams at Deftpower and connect technology, operations and business. You are the linking pin when it comes to security governance, compliance and risk. You work closely with leadership, product and external partners.

This role is not about building systems. It is about creating structure, clarity and trust. You help the organisation stay in control while we move fast and grow across Europe.

About the job

As Security Officer you build and maintain the security foundation of Deftpower. You ensure we meet standards, manage risks and stay compliant while scaling. You create clarity in what is expected and make sure it is followed.

• Maintain and improve our ISMS and security policies
• Drive compliance activities and prepare audits and certifications
• Monitor risks and keep the risk register up to date
• Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection
• Build awareness and guide teams on security best practices

• Salary range: Between ???5000,- and ???6000,- a month
• ???2.000 training budget per year to keep learning and growing.
• Choose your own laptop to work with, up to ???1.750.

About you

You like creating clarity and ownership in a growing organisation where not everything is defined yet.

• You have 3 years experience in security, compliance or risk
• You understand frameworks like ISO or similar standards
• You are structured and keep overview in a fast moving environment
• You take ownership and bring clarity where things are still evolving
• You communicate easily with both technical and non technical teams

Depentent on the role we do a quick introduction by phone to see if there's a match on the basics. After that you'll meet the Team Lead, Timo. We'll tell you more about Deftpower, and we'd love to get to know you as a person. For some roles you'll work on a short case. Next, you will talk to a teammate so that you can get a good feel for the role and the Deftpower. For IT roles, this is when you receive the offer.
