Join us in this role where you'll lead delivery across physical security and facility‑related solutions, supporting teams working hands‑on with data centres, security systems, and critical infrastructure in a secure‑ and compliant‑focused environment

You'll be part of Physical Security & Facility Management product suite where you, together with your colleagues, will be shaping a scalable "delivery factory" and strengthening Lean Agile practices where they create clarity and flow. You'll build an environment where teams can deliver predictably, continuously improve, and integrate risk, compliance, and quality into everyday work that supports business continuity.

You'll play an important role in

• shaping and running delivery capabilities, processes, and continuous improvement across the product suite
• optimising workflow, handoffs, and prioritisation to reduce waste, and improve end to end outcomes
• embedding compliance, risk, and quality management into daily work for critical infrastructure
• ensuring operational obligations and lifecycle management support business continuity and resilience
• aligning stakeholders through transparent communication of progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments
• managing delivery finances, including budget, capacity, and benefits, to support prioritisation and forecasting.

To succeed in the role, you

• lead with strong people skills, and can unify diverse professional backgrounds into one team
• demonstrate a solid Agile mindset, and can apply Lean Agile practices pragmatically
• build culture and engagement through change, and create stability when priorities shift
• communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders, and handle competing needs constructively
• bring good judgement on operations, governance, and risk, and keep delivery transparent and measurable
• have financial acumen to balance cost, capacity, and value in a delivery context.
