Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our agile, cross-functional team. In this role, you will ensure the high quality of our digital platform, which supports partners in providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. What you will do to drive the energy transition

• Be part of an agile, distributed, cross-functional team working on the digitalization of the energy industry.
• Work closely with the development team to reproduce, analyze, and solve bugs
• Ensure the high quality of our products through test automation, regression testing and test data management.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases and plans on desktop browsers and mobile devices.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect density and test case coverage to ensure transparency.
• Write queries and scripts to extract and manipulate test data.
• Self-organize and work independently, while also demonstrating strong communication skills and a willingness to conduct manual testing.
• Keep your knowledge up to date with training courses, workshops, and user groups.

What you will need on that journey

• At least 5 years of experience with test automation using Appium, Cypress or similar test automation frameworks.
• Experience in agile software development and quality assurance, particularly with automated testing.
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills, with a goal- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery processes and frameworks, GitHub Actions, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Experience working with a cross-functional, self-organized, agile team.
• Ability to comfortably express your ideas and arguments in good spoken and written English.
