We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Fit for Sustainable Growth Program Management Office (FFSG PMO) based in our London offices. The role will oversee multiple strategic initiative projects - both current and future - within our program, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish, including the delivery of program objectives. This position involves program governance, coordination and execution as well as project management, monitoring and reporting, all whilst promoting continuous improvement across the business and workstreams.

The Program Manager will prepare, run and facilitate various program meetings with a variety of stakeholders and monitor, analyse and report progress, issues and benefits across the program progress with reporting dashboards to communicate with various levels in the business.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Program Management successfully managing multiple projects and initiatives
  • Analytical skills to help produce reports and present findings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with strong relationship management skills at all levels
  • Commercial minded problem-solver
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate both verbal and written (additional languages a plus but not a must)
