Green Building Renewables is a network of local experts with over 20 years’ experience of installing low-carbon and renewable technologies. GBR installs a range of products including air and ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar PV, EV charging, and battery storage.

Skills and experience we are looking for

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customer to explain how the products and systems work.
• Provides ongoing help and support as the work is carried out.
• Installs heating systems and renewable products.
• Provides support to the team when required with planned work.
• Completes the necessary paperwork for each of the completed jobs, in a timely manner.
• Undertakes training on new products and technologies in order to provide advice to customers with confidence.

Education & Qualifications

• 1 Year experience of working in a customer service environment. - Essential
• 1 Year experience of working in a plumbing role. - Essential
• 1 Year experience of working in a heating role. - Essential
• Holds a full UK driving license - Essential
• Experience of working in the Renewable Energy sector. - Desirable
• Experience of working in the construction sector - Desirable
• BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water regulations and part L. - Desirable
• Electrical qualifications - Desirable
