With an internal database of over 100,000 vessels, GRS.GROUP arranges single vessel chartering or full turnkey brokerage solutions during each stage of an offshore renewable project – from initial surveying and installation to operations and maintenance (‘O&M’) and decommissioning or repowering. Additionally, with its sale+purchase unit, GRS.group is covering brokerage services for offshore vessels, ferries, and cruise vessels including all services related to a transaction process such as valuation, market timing, documentation, support of negotiations, and conclusion of contracts. GRS’ turnkey solutions and advisory services strategy+sourcing and invest+finance units are another cornerstone for future growth. GRS.GROUP operates offices in Germany, France, Taiwan, South Korea, China and a global sales network with own sales representatives in Japan and Australia.

Join our team as a Senior Chartering & Sales Manager for our GRS.OFFSHORE RENEWABLES branch!

Requirements

Main Tasks Include

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Acquiring and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders and decision makers
  • Introducing GRS.Offshore Renewables to new clients and markets
  • Collaborating with brokers to develop project proposals
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Actively networking to develop market relationships, enhance brand awareness, and grow the business
  • Identifying opportunities to deliver value and contribute to client projects

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Offshore / Shipping Industry as a Broker, Consultant, or in a similar business development role
  • Proven track record in a commercial function
  • Well-established network within the European, Asian, and US sector
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is appreciated)
  • Demonstrated success in developing clients from scratch to onboarding
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and challenges
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
