Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to help key stakeholders in Cadeler make strong financial decisions by providing them with relevant insights and support.

What will you do?

As our new Finance Business Partner, you will be a part of a committed finance team in the greater Cadeler Community. You will develop strong relationships across the organization and act as a trusted advisor.

Your main tasks include:

• Driving and facilitating follow-up related to financial planning, controlling, budgeting, and forecasting processes throughout the organization.
• Developing reporting processes and assisting in developing dashboards and automated reports using a variety of tools and systems.
• Performing strategic financial analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Directing standardization, efficiency, and the improvement of recurring reporting processes.
• Assisting with process optimization, compliance and external auditing activities.

You are flexible and quickly adapt to new tasks and routines and you have excellent planning and reporting skills. You are passionate about building innovative solutions and optimizing processes.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

• 1+ years work experience in a related field
• Academic background in Finance, Economics or Business
• Digitally agile across different platforms and systems incl. MS Office application (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Interest and flair for Business Intelligence and data warehouses. Experience with Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
