The preferred location for the position is in Surgeres, France.

Responsibilities

  • Management of production planner and project purchasing resources
  • Estimate and plan production and purchasing needs based on sales forecasts and existing stocks, means, capacities and production and purchasing contingencies, for stocking of components or launching LBOs in coordination with Supply / Obsolescence Department.
  • Create, plan and launch purchase and production orders with your team.
  • Scheduling and planning production
  • Coordinate and negotiate with the various departments (sales, production, purchasing, logistics, quality, etc.)
  • Support the improvement of the production management systems to optimize flows.
  • Ensure an excellent level of communication within your teams and across the board and ensure that the development of your employees' skills is maintained and anticipated.
  • Support and develop continuous development and productivity plans
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators and budget.

The missions are carried out while respecting the applicable rules as regards Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with the commitment of Wärtsilä.

Travel is to be expected in the amount of : 10%

Qualifications

  • Degrees + 2 years
  • 5-10 years of experience in
  • Industrial expertise + nuclear-military business expertise
  • Knowledge of Sales, Financial and Operational processes
  • English advanced
  • Office package advanced
  • SAP advanced
