You will be working closely together with an experienced team in a high paced, collaborative environment. CIP will constantly seek to motivate and inspire you, while focusing on your learning and personal development.
The role
We are looking for a talented manager who will both scope and execute projects that are driven by this team, and at the same time be involved in the day-to-day operations rhythm of the team. Your main areas of responsibility will be running projects, following up on progress, mitigating risks, contribute to optimization initiatives and ensuring structured and efficient daily operations.
You will experience a lot of autonomy and responsibility in your role and in return you will be deeply involved in the management of the team, our senior stakeholder management, and critical projects and initiatives. You must be able to stay focused on our long-term ambitions and goals, but still be short-term adaptable to support arising priorities.
The role will be reporting to the Head of the Partner Relations and Incentives team.
Responsibilities will consist of
- Drive and oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of projects and initiatives including keeping an overview of all ongoing activities in the team.
- Manage the daily operational rhythm of the team including triweekly check-in, task portfolio management and other operational management tools.
- Closely collaborate with the team to identify, prioritise, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to operational processes and procedures in the team.
- Monitor and follow up on team KPIs and develop leadership reporting and metrics.
- Drive and support leadership and ad hoc analysis and presentations on key topics.
- Ensure that processes, areas of responsibility and team services are scalable to service the growing CIP organisation.
The Candidate
We are looking for a person with a documented track record and with substantial experience in running projects and operational excellence initiatives. We expect that you are a confident and analytical decision-maker who is not afraid to take a stand and offer your opinion. You have a “get it done” attitude, with a hands-on approach.
You ideally come with min. 5-6 years of experience from a similar position in an international environment, business development, strategy function or management consulting.
The role has a broad scope and area of responsibility; therefore we expect following from the candidate:
- Relevant master’s degree (MSc.) in business, management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, process optimisation and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly consolidate and structure complex information and scenarios into compelling presentations.
- Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Self-motivate to work independently.
- Previous knowledge or experience with HR or Total Rewards teams is an advantage but not a requirement.
