Key responsibilities

• Portfolio Optimization: Consistently analyze and elevate the performance of our PPA portfolio, striking a balance between risk and return to maximize financial gains within established risk parameters.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and power market dynamics, providing strategic insights for informed decision-making.
• PPA Pricing: Collaborate on developing and overseeing our PPA pricing engine to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Daily Operations: Supervise, monitor, and streamline daily business processes, maximizing operational efficiency and robustness.
• Collaboration: Forge close partnerships with trading and origination teams to refine tactics and drive enhancements in cross-value chain processes.

Requirements

As a market and product expert, you bring:

• Subject Matter Expertise: Proven proficiency as a trader or portfolio manager in European power or green certificate markets, showcasing a profound comprehension of market dynamics.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrates proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English, fostering collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Team Player: Thrives collaboratively, prioritizing the team's success over individual achievements, and brings a solution-oriented approach to enhance the collective goals.
• Digital Savvy: Demonstrated affinity for digital solutions and technologies, collaborating seamlessly with quants and developers to enhance and optimize digital processes.
