Join ACCIONA as an ICT Operations Technician and play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch support to our employees and partners. Collaborate closely with our Global Service Desk team, offering expertise in ACCIONA devices, infrastructure, and environments. As an ICT Operations Technician at ACCIONA, you will be responsible for supporting computer systems, operating systems, applications, and mobile services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second-level support, including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using the ITSM tool Service Now.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices.
• Monitor your ticket queue (requests and incidents) and reprioritise your workload to ensure all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs.
• Provide clear and concise notes within ServiceNow against each ticket, and where necessary, update/develop Knowledge Base articles.
• Work closely with the wider ICT team, both locally within Australia and globally with our Parent Company, to achieve the best possible outcome for the End Us.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Experience gained in a Level 2 role within a large matrix organisation.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Office 365 PC programs,
• Experience in PC Hardware configuration, including maintaining printers and scanners.
• Excellent communication skills.
