Project Manager
Lead project management in Perth, Australia for Pacific Energy. Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and team members. Negotiate with stakeholders, ensure project delivery, and promote safety and quality assurance.

The Role
You will be accountable for management and planning of assigned projects, including, resources, forecasting, budgets, schedules, and financial outcomes. You will also lead the members of the team to ensure project delivery and adherence to forecasts, activities, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and document project scope and resource requirements.
- Define and manage priorities against the available capacity of team members.
- Set timelines for deliverables, document, manage and report risks.
- Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programmes in line with Company Policies, Procedures, and ISO accreditation
- Monitor work-in-progress, prepare and deliver reports.
- Lead the mentoring and development of employees and teams.
About You
- Highly developed people management skills.
- Strong communicator with expert knowledge of agile project delivery methodology.
- Demonstrated capabilities in understanding and managing priorities to ensure work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level.
- Knowledge and experience with safety and compliance regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship management skills and a focus on delivering results.
