Project Manager (Solar)

Lead the planning and execution of solar energy projects in Latvia/Lithuania; Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; Organize and facilitate project team meetings to achieve the planned results; Ensure project risks are identified and managed effectively; Participate in project status meetings and report on project progress; Work closely with other teams, such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

To be our perfect fit we expect you to:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in renewable energy market would be highly beneficial;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Knowledge of renewable energy regulations would be a strong advantage;
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communications skills;
• Fluency in English language;
• Fluency in Latvian language (would be an advantage);
• Ability to travel to Latvia/Lithuania for short business trips.
