How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for a self-driven Process & Digitalization Project Manager to support our Operational Excellence team.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Support the digitalization campaign of existing and new concept introductions in all areas of Tower Module and play an active role in bringing Operational Excellence to the next level
• Scope and manage development of Digital Solutions & IT-Tools with end-to-end responsibility for results, quality, and on-time delivery
• Drive the design, piloting, roll-out and implementation phase of IT solutions
• Drive operational and strategic process optimizations taking an end-to-end perspective and align them with all affected stakeholders
• Collaborate both with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers to generate positive business impact
• Provide regular status updates on key milestones & deliverables while keeping the big picture in mind
• Provide guidance on best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability

What You Bring

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who holds a master’s degree in business administration, business analysis, or another business-related field.

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

• Proven experience of managing cross-functional (sub-)projects, e.g., in consulting, a business improvement function or IT development lead
• Project Management skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management
• Team player and a natural networker with the ability to work with many different stakeholders within a complex business
• Energy and enthusiasm for analytics, efficiency, and the attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Azure and PowerApps
• The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels of the organization including senior management
• Curiosity and fascination on state-of-the-art technology both regarding soft- and hardware Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
