Investment Analyst (f/m/d) Clean Energy EMEA

Your responsibilities

• Independent creation, testing and further development of integrated financial models
• Perform detailed financial and market analysis that forms the basis for decisions on new debt investments
• Prepare various complex financial models including cash flow analysis, debt sizing and structuring
• Prepare Investment Committee memo's, presentations and pitches for both internal decision making and external counterparts
• Analyse investment performance including maintaining and updating investment valuations and financial models as well as keeping track of market variants
• Work alongside the wider Investment team and internal functions (e.g. risk, legal, tax & accounting) throughout the life-cycle of any fund investment or project finance transaction

Your qualifications

• University degree ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Economics or Engineering
• First years of professional experience within Project / Structured Finance, Debt Advisory or Private Credit
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in financial modelling and continuous readiness for further training in this area, especially in the modelling language FAST Standard
• Renewable Energy and / or Infrastructure experience will be considered favourably
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Precise and reliable working methods coupled with a high degree of independence, implementation strength and flexibility
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English
