Group Business Controller

Job Description

You will be responsible for structuring and coordinating the performance and management control of the Development and Energy Sales activities within the Group (over 22 countries in Europe, Africa and Latin America).

Priority will be given to setting up methods and tools to implement performance analysis (80%).

Structuring performance indicators

• Define and formalize reliable and relevant management indicators to steer development and IPP activities
• Set up analyses and presentations to help managers make decisions
• Train local finance teams and provide cross-functional expertise
• Ensure consistency of management rules between countries
• Participate in tool optimization and automation projects
• Define and prioritize needs
• Act as a business referent for the implementation of tools (lead, communicate, test, pilot, etc.)

Then, for the Run (20%), you will focus on the operational controlling missions

• Analyze and synthesize budgets
• Prepare budget documents for management
• Draw up profit forecasts with local teams
• Analyze and synthesize closing items
• Monitor performance indicators
• Conduct competitor studies

Qualifications

• You have at least 7 years' experience in management control
• You have a master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in finance/controlling
• You have worked in an international environment
• You are an expert in budgeting and reporting processes
• You are fluent in English (written/oral)
