Grid Access Director

Job Description

R.Power is one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy. Today, we are present throughout Poland and Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany. Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the grid access team
• Identifies grid connection solutions
• Coordinates the connection process for new and ongoing projects
• Maintains a good relationship with the stakeholders within the TSO
• Responsible for the entire connection chain process to the grid
• Improving the results of developing solution studies based on experience
• Coordination of the design team
• Support for the team in choosing projects/locations for new projects
• Support for the M&A team in the analysis of projects under acquisition
• Support in the execution of PV and BESS projects

Requirements

• Engineering diploma
• Knowledge of the regulation of connection to the electrical network
• Experience in the energy field for over 10 years (design/execution)
• Experience in the photovoltaic field is preferred
• Effective written and oral communication in Romanian and English
• Experience in working with TSO
• ANRE certification is a plus
• Driving license cat. B
• Effective use of the following software:
  • Ms Office (Outlook, Excel, etc)
  • Autocad
