Asset Management Manager

As an Asset Management Manager, you will be responsible for helping to maximize the profitability of the business through managing and monitoring a company’s assets. The asset management coordinator supports the capital development and lifecycle programs and also leads the collection, validation and analysis of data necessary to implement investment and disposal programs.

Our business model focuses on including but not limited to green field project development. You will have experience in managing market- leading site selection criteria and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting on finance and forecasting budgets
• Managing relations and information exchange with HQ to keep them informed and involved in major decisions
• Monitoring materials, workforce, tools, equipment and supplies
• Liaising with Client on output and revenue of electricity
• Managing the operation procedure, manufacturing procedure and all assets of the Solar power plant
• Ensuring financial records are up- to- date and accurate
• Monitoring Solar PV system to maximize system performance.
• Liaising with Local government on the environment, society … matter
• Appointing and managing consultants and contractors to ensure the plant runs smoothly

Requirement

• Business knowledge of capital products, liquidity management, risk management...
• Management, business and planning skills,
• Having knowledge in Banking, Accounting, Credit, and Investment (especially in the field of renewable energy and rooftop solar power)
• Proficient in Microsoft office (level B or equivalent) especially is excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Banking, electrical
• Negotiation, problem- solving and decision- making skills
