ERP Consultant

We are searching for a new ERP Consultant who thrives to work in a multinational, global organization to support, develop and deliver data and optimizations to the organization.

You are an expert in AX2012 and/or D365 who likes to support and train our users, can drive improvements projects that enable our journey to become more data-driven and take responsibility in streamlining and digitize the processes within Baettr.

Through your great service minded personality, you will take lead on enabling, training, and supporting business leads to become more efficient and utilize our systems and platforms.

Our IT team is categorized by good humor, teamwork, and cooperation and we are really looking forward for have a new member joining. You will be delivering meaningful and important support, operations, and initiatives to our local as well as global organization, and you will be reporting directly to our VP IT. The Group IT department is based at our HQ in Lem, Denmark which will be your base. You will have 7 colleagues at the same office, and 7 colleagues around the globe on other locations.

Responsibilities

You will be part of Group IT working globally to support all our factories and group functions as well as govern our ERP platforms with the mission of becoming a more data-driven organization.

Your main responsibility includes supporting and operating our Machine Shop including ERP, OEE, Finance, Logistics, Production and supporting processes to deliver high quality, efficient throughput and cost effective products for our global wind customers.

You will work closely with other team members as well as colleagues to support existing processes and system landscape as well as documenting, designing, and building future processes around a solid digital backbone.

List of responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and backup on site (Denmark)
• Ensure stable and professional ERP support to all employees in site
• End user support of superusers and end users
• Coach and train superusers and employees within the organization
• Ensure business processes documentation is kept updated
• Responsible for AX2012/D365 operations and maintenance
• Teach, train, and improve the use of AX/D365 and competencies across the organization in close cooperation with Group IT colleagues
• Actively join projects of new functionality or services being deployed across Baettr Group
• Ensure workload are equally balanced, by helping and assisting colleagues across the team during high workload.

Professional Profile

You are probably working as ERP Consultant or ERP Specialist or similar position in a global organization or consulting agency but most importantly, you have great experience in AX2012/D365 and enjoy to spread your knowledge to your colleagues.

As a person you signal trust and confidence and naturally take responsibility to drive solutions, teams, and platforms forward.

You are not afraid of taking the lead and have high expectations to your colleagues while searching to challenge status quo.

Personal background

• You might have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a technical background with IT experience – or years of experience as ERP Consultant/Specialist
• A team player with the ability to persuade and the strength to make things happen both face to face and from a distance in a matrix multi-site structure
• A structured and well-organized work approach
• Robust under pressure and always rising to the challenge of getting the job done
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures
• We value your transformational mind-set and your understanding of how culture works in a global business
• Fluent in oral and written Danish and English is required
