The Go-To-Market Team is part of the broader Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) Team in CIP which today is approximately ~50 employees with diverse background across 15 nationalities. The IR & BD Team covers all interactions with investors and business development activities from product and fund development to fundraising and investor engagement. You will become part of an international and diverse team that is composed of professionals from different backgrounds, including investment banking, management consulting and law. The IR & BD team is based out of 7 offices across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
The role
We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate with high degree of energy, curiosity and a proactive mindset to join the Go-to-Market Team within IR & BD. The primary responsibility of the team is to lead the launch of new funds and support fundraising activities, including but not limited to:
1) developing comprehensive commercial materials to introduce new funds to the market, such as defining investment and value creation strategies and analysing market outlook and opportunities; and
2) working closely with the broader Investor Relations Team to prepare for key investor meetings and events by creating impactful presentations and addressing specific investor requests.
In the position as an Associate / Senior Associate, you will be exposed to a variety of day-to-day tasks and projects with different teams across the firm, ranging from investment teams and investment management to finance, legal, ESG and others. This provides you with a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the global CIP platform to continuously improve our product offering to investors.

About You
To excel in this position, you would need to have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a top-tier management consulting or private equity firm, investment bank, and/or a strategy/financing/business development role in corporation
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to present analysis and solutions to complex problems in a precise manner
- Demonstrated resilience in managing tasks at a fast-pace and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Relevant master’s degree is preferred but not required
- Passion for being part of accelerating the green energy transition
- Knowledge about the energy industry or the financial sector is an advantage
