We are growing and are now searching for our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team based in Stavanger. We believe that you are a strategic thinker and problem solver as well as having the love of seeing the results of brilliant implementation work.

Our CCO will work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure that Sine Delta continues to innovate, remains efficient, and meets its targets for success. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by being a key contributor to building a culture of excellence and collaboration, while contributing to Sine Delta’s growth.

About You

You will be handed the responsibility to manage the business development and the commercial activities of Sine Delta. In short term that means that you together with our Leadership Team will pave the road to Collectricity® commercialisation and ensure that we gain a successful introduction in the market. As part of the Leadership Team, you will develop Sine Delta network of partners, customers and stakeholders both in Norway and abroad. Therefore, it is crucial that you have knowledge and experience in business development.

  • Report directly to the CEO, member of the Leadership Team
  • Business development, actively grow Sine Delta network and build its commercial funnel.
  • Establish and implement the commercial, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and promote Sine Delta visibility, its external communication and marketing.
  • Manage together with the Leadership Team the relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in fundraising activities and in expansion activities (investment, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Set comprehensive goals and milestones for performance and growth.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Qualifications and personal skills

Perhaps the most important thing: you love working with people and know how to motivate them to reach their full potential.

  • Bachelor in business administration or equivalent education (i.e., MBA)
  • Proven track record of success in startup CCO, business development or relevant role.
  • Preferably an experience in a start-up environment and/or in the renewable energy sector.
  • Expert in negotiation and deal maker.
  • Excellent at building and expanding industrial and commercial networks.
  • Contract management experience (commercial and/or partnerships).
  • Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Self-driven, energetic, and ambitious
  • High integrity
  • Speak and write Norwegian fluently as well as English. Other Nordic language is a plus.
  • In general, strong written and oral communication skills.
