Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our cutting-edge green hydrogen production projects. In this role, you'll need a balanced mix of technical know-how, administrative skills, and leadership capability, with your personality tying it all together. Your main task will be to manage complex projects efficiently, ensuring they meet our quality standards, budgets, and deadlines. An ideal candidate should be good at handling technical challenges, organizing project details, and guiding the team toward successful project completion. This role is perfect for someone who blends these qualities seamlessly in their approach to project management.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-discipline projects to ensure compliance with established procedures and engineering design standards.
• Oversee project execution, maintaining timelines, budget, and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with project goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct progress meetings, and provide updates on progress, costs, and risks.
• Support the project personnel and recognize the accomplishments of individuals as well as the project team.

General Duties

• Be responsible for project execution, including technical and administrative aspects.
• Manage commercial aspects, such as purchase orders and variation orders, and participate in proposal development.
• Participate in final documentation and improvement processes, including lessons learned.
• Provide business progress/status reports to management.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project.
• Promote and ensure compliance with company and regulatory HSE/Quality requirements.

Competence Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management
• Vast knowledge of contracts and budgets
• Technical experience, preferably in a project environment working with contactors
• Comprehension of onshore construction and investment project experience
• Commercial understanding
