We are seeking a seasoned technical sales manager, with a unique combination of commercial experience, technical knowledge and the desire to drive the expansion of RES Digital globally.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth with our digital products across Wind, PV & Storage by creating a healthy opportunity funnel
  • Develop, implement and deliver commercial strategies, goals, and activity plans for international clients
  • Manage direct sales responsibility and be highly effective at identifying new business opportunities
  • Map and build excellent engagement with multiple decision makers at Customer’s organization
  • Write proposals and contracts with clients in accordance with sales governance
  • Support competitor benchmarking, develop suitable market plans, and define customer archetypes, including use case descriptions
  • Keep exploring potential new applications of our solutions and customers’ new unmet needs with evolving market trends

WHO DO WE LOOK FOR

  • Over 10 years of experience in international sales management and business development within a digital engineering product domain; preferably renewables
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital domain delivering products and services to utilities, energy companies and similar
  • A proven track record of relationship-based sales of products with a very technical nature, and industry-specific experience
  • A solid working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, engaged, inspiring, individual- and strength-focused
  • A professional, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual
  • High interest in follow-up with clients, meetings, and conferences. Attention to detail and continuous improvement is important
  • Comfortable in continuous alignment with the Product Organization and subject matter experts
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and preferably other European language
  • You thrive in a dynamic and international environment
