As an Inspection Coordinator your role will be responsible for assisting the Inspection team in running the day-to-day operations for the Inspections department. This position is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, always keeping quality and safety in mind.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
  • Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules
  • Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees
  • Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Coordinate with departments on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

  • 1 year of solar experience preferred
  • 2+ years of of administrative experience
  • Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Excellent telephone skills required
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent customer Inspection skills required
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Must have outstanding follow-through
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license

Physical demands and abilities

  • Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
  • Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computer
  • Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
  • Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
  • Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Regularly understand the speech of another person
  • Frequently work on projects that require deadlines
  • Frequently bend to file and maintain files
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

(Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
