Presently, we are looking for enthusiastic HR Intern to join us in our vibrant office in central Warsaw. We are energetic team, for which values such as respect and open communication are important, that have fun along the way too!

Mission

An HR intern performs various administrative tasks in support of the People Business Partner. The role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR processes, allowing intern to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of the department while getting firsthand experience in all people matters.

Main Functions

The main tasks of the HR Intern will be to support the People Business Partner in Poland in all matters related to the following areas:

  • Support recruitment activities (preparing and posting job adverts, arranging interviews, follow up with candidates)
  • Providing support to management of employee documentation and records in Poland.
  • Support in day-to-day HR and payroll services for employees.
  • Assistant People Business Partner in the onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Address employee queries and support resolution of people matters concerning legal, administrative, labor, payroll benefits, etc
  • Support HRBP in HR related projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, analysis and presentations as needed.
  • Supporting HRBPs in their daily work and other ad hoc activities.

Qualification

Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Labor Relations. Master's degree or specialized training in Human Resources is highly desirable.

Languages

Polish (at least B2) / English (at least B2)

IT Skills

Microsoft Office package (intermediate level)

Other Skills

Communication, teamwork, innovation, dynamism, proactivity...

Conditions

  • 6 months mandate contract.
