Job Overview

As a Product Designer in our team, you'll you'll play a crucial role in the entire product development process, directly contributing to our mission of eliminating the use of fossil fuels and fostering a green future. Your role involves direct engagement with stakeholders and customers, focusing on creating impactful and delightful user experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers from initial concept to final implementation.
• Conduct user research to define and solve clear problem statements.
• Ideate and design high-impact solutions with minimal effort.
• Handle design tasks including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Contribute to product strategy and maintain an effective feedback loop.
• Lead design thinking sessions to foster innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product design.

What You Need To Succeed

• Over 4 years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, product vision, and user research.
• Empathy for users, coupled with a user-centered and agile design approach.
• Good technological knowledge for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead design initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
