You will quickly take on a key role in varied tasks such as monitoring and analysing data flows or trading statuses and support your team with the relevant information they need.

Your Tasks

  • Data flow monitoring (all input and output feeds on the centralized portfolio management platform such as metering data, forecasts, market data)
  • Coordinate with Operational Teams (Solar and Wind) assets availability management and register all planned schedules accordingly on the centralized portfolio management platform
  • Monitor real-time production status and ensure portfolio status is updated accordingly (considering outages, redispatch and curtailments measures)
  • Analyze assets production cycles
  • Participate in daily short-term activities (position preparation for Auction and Continuous markets)
  • Prepare trading files, schedules and execute their submission
  • Monitor the status of trading (Auction and Continuous markets) and nomination status
  • Prepare reporting for financial, trading and risk departments
  • Support trading team to execute trading strategies and steer automated trading solutions

Your Profile

  • Understanding of European energy & commodities markets
  • Experience in the energy industry, preferably with a (strong) focus on Renewable Energy and ideally previous roles in back-office and operations positions
  • Hands-on experience with short-term trading in CWE (understanding of the German power market) - trading positions management, nominations, settlement and reporting
  • Data management and analytics
  • Previous experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting software
  • Language skills: English and German is a plus
