info@europeanenergy.dk

European Energy is a green energy company with exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: In it together, Trust and courage, Ambition, Excitement, Inclusion, and Agility.

Your new team

You will be part of our Project Development department which handles the development of our renewable energy projects globally.

The Baltics and SE Europe team consists of 19 colleagues, based in Denmark, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, Latvia, and Estonia. Our main goal is to further develop and manage European Energy’s pipeline of renewable energy projects across these locations and to support local teams on various processes and workstreams throughout the project management lifecycle.

Your new role

We are looking for a natural coordinator to join our team in HQ Denmark to support our development activities in our local offices. You will work with document control in our department, registration of documents, various administrative tasks, and ensuring project progression by solid planning and coordination throughout the project stages. Further, you will create presentations for management and external stakeholders, and you will be key to creating the project overview for our team.

As our new Project Associate, you will play a crucial role in the coordination between the team in HQ and our local Project Development teams, and you will help ensure alignment with the Business Administration Support, M&A, EPC, Legal, and Finance departments.

Qualifications

  • You have completed a Bachelor’s or a Master’s at the university level or an equivalent institution within business administration, finance, legal, or similar
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar coordination, administrative, or supportive role, preferably working with renewable energy projects
  • You are skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • You are fully proficient in English, oral and written, and Romanian, Croatian, Latvian, or Estonian language skills will be considered a plus because of the markets we operate in

As a person, you are service-minded, structured, and have great coordination and planning skills. You use your expertise and interest in organizing and planning to make things happen behind the lines. You enjoy making plans, coordinating with many colleagues, and ensuring that plans are executed and communicated precisely. At the same time, you are also able to manage changes to the plan and thrive in an environment with frequent changes.

Moreover, you thrive working in an international and multidisciplinary environment. You have a good understanding of the value that different cultures and backgrounds can bring to the team, and you understand how to manage and communicate with various internal stakeholders.

And, as we are, you too are passionate about the renewable energy industry, and you wish to do what you can to accelerate the green transition.

With us you get

  • You will get deep knowledge and insight into the renewable industry for several markets
  • You will be part of a team where two days never are the same and where we handle unforeseen things together
  • We have an entrepreneurial approach to our work. In daily life, it means there’s not far from thought to action, and you will have trusted responsibilities no matter your seniority
  • You will be part of an exponential growth adventure. European Energy is an international renewable energy company and we have welcomed approx. 280 new colleagues in 2023
  • We prioritize our employees’ development. You will be enrolled in our People Development Program to ensure continuous learning and engagement
  • You will have ample opportunity to engage socially across the departments. We have a monthly Friday event, a free gym in the basement, a squash court, as well as sports events such as running club, football club, and mountain bike
