What are we looking for?

This a unique opportunity to become a key member of the Sales Team in a growing, profitable, international technology SaaS B2B company. The successful candidate will be proactive and ambitious, with a proven track record in similar roles.

Your role is critical to ensure the growth of the company

What You’ll Be Doing

You´ll be accountable for upselling and cross-selling existing customers, as well as capturing new logos. You will also collaborate with all the other departments of the company to make sure our clients are successful using our products and services:

  • Contribute to our annual recurring revenue (ARR) company target, with an assigned quota in ARR.
  • Identifies sales opportunities to grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline and attract new clients.
  • Drives pipeline opportunities from prospect to execution.
  • Convert leads into loyal and successful customers.
  • Effectively apply our SaaS product knowledge in Renewable Energy to build relationships with our customers.
  • Comply with the organizational processes established by the company (e.g. keep the CRM up to date).
  • Meet deadlines and sales targets.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience as Sales Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and Spanish is required, any additional languages are a plus.
  • Technology-savvy, as they relate to the integration and use of B2B products.
  • Showcase exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both in verbal and written form.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in B2B SaaS environments.

Experience Desired

  • Knowledge/experience on the renewable energy sector is a plus.
