Job Overview

As an Engineer Manager in our team you will lead our technology team and drive innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team through technological decisions, ensuring the alignment of the technology roadmap with our product objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• ✔️Lead Delivery Product Value: Guide your team in shaping technological directions and ensuring alignment with the product's roadmap.
• ✔️Develop and Manage Your Team: Coach team members, manage performance, and drive recruitment to build a high-performing team.
• ✔️Drive Execution and Improvement: Propel software delivery enhancements and contribute to team objectives by optimizing processes and planning.
• ✔️Maintain Business Expertise and Customer Focus: Stay ahead of domain changes and drive development with customer feedback and data in mind.

What You Need To Succeed

• ✔️Proven experience in leading technology teams and driving technological innovation.
• ✔️Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• ✔️Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in effective and assertive conversations.
• ✔️Demonstrated ability to plan and align technology roadmaps with product objectives.
• ✔️A solid understanding of software delivery processes and the ability to propose and implement improvements.
• ✔️Customer-focused approach with experience in engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• ✔️Ability to anticipate changes and opportunities in the technology domain.
