Solutions & Operations Manager - Belgium (F/M/X)

Responsibilities
This role reports to the market’s Country Manager.
Solution Engineering
- Project Management: Manage a pipeline of technical and commercial projects through technical audits, scoping and costing activities.
- Standards & Procedures: Be the subject-matter expect on technical and operational standards and procedures in your market.
- Product Development: Contribute to R&D efforts to optimize product-market fit in collaboration with central product teams.
- Sales Engineering: Support Business Development teams with technical and project costing expertise for deal-structuring and negotiations.
Deployment Operations
- Rollout Planning: Manage a pipeline of charging station deployments and ensure the timely delivery of projects while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Permits & Approvals: Work with public agencies to ensure that projects comply with local regulations and that permits are obtained on time.
- Network Management: Engage with grid operators to ensure timely sites connections.
Maintenance Operations
- Repairs & Maintenance Operations: Manage a pipeline of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations to ensure network availability and reliability.
Vendor Management
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day communications and priorities for a set of vendors with the aim of optimizing audit, deployment and maintenance operations.
- Training & Enablement: Train and support vendors on product and Standard Operating Procedures on an ongoing basis.

Hard Skills
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 7+ years of working experience in a technical role (Telecommunications, Construction, Energy & Utilities, Electrical etc.)
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management and technical compliance.
- A good understanding of local regulatory compliance and technical norms and standards is preferable
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and workstreams in an efficient manner
- Fluency in the market language is mandatory. Proficiency in English is required; French is definitely an asset
- Knowledge of the in-country EV and charging infrastructure markets and their environmental and regulatory constraints is a plus
