We are seeking an experienced SAFe Program/Value Stream Manager to join our product development team.

As the SAFe Value Stream Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and maintaining the Value Streams together with the Product Manager, the Product Architect, and the Release Train Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall SAFe value stream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize value stream goals and key results
• Implement and continuously improve the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices within the Value Streams
• Work closely with the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure effective delivery of customer value
• Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams within and across value streams
• Remove impediments and facilitate problem-solving to ensure smooth execution
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to value stream delivery
• Utilize metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the value stream's delivery schedule or quality
• Implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure effective outcomes
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream
• Implement feedback loops and retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with stakeholder management in a global context
• SAFe certification is highly desirable
• Experience with scaled agile or other agile methods
• Experience with a global matrix organization is desirable

Competencies

• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience as a SAFe Value Stream Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of agile software product development and its application in complex organizational structures
• Experience in using Agile and Lean principles to optimize value stream delivery
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written
