Contact Information

Form Energy is hiring a Program Controls Analyst to manage scope, schedule, and budget for manufacturing programs.This role reports into our Manufacturing Program Management organization. In this position, you will develop a program cost and schedule baseline, manage change processes, and communicate updates to leaders. You will work alongside program managers, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supporting technical functions to develop the baseline and maintain it. This role will sit in our West Virginia location with travel as needed.

This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Weirton,WV facility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do

  • Implement and maintain project controls processes, including cost estimating, budget & schedule tracking, and forecasting
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, incorporating inputs from program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Able to communicate a complex critical path analysis to an executive audience
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
  • Work closely with program managers to ensure alignment between project schedules, resource allocations, and overall project goals
  • Continuously improve project controls and scheduling processes based on industry best practices

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous planning experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or any related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, and P6
  • Expert with Google Sheets/MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience tracking production efficiencies and reporting statistics to management
