The technical educational content manager is tasked with developing educational courses (text and video) for our engineering software products in accordance with the expected use of the product and best educational practices. The content is expected to be maintained on a regular cycle. The content manager should monitor changes and plan work batches for which they should request resources from technical specialists. The content manager would also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the developed content including proofreading and reviewing final videos.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of educational content curriculums for multiple products;
  • Managing stakeholders and developing content production structures;
  • Responsible for managing technical documentation, such as user manuals, product guides, and help articles;
  • Ongoing maintenance of educational content and tracking changes;
  • Tracking product changes and preparing content updates;
  • Organize resources to implement changes to the curriculum;
  • Verify the quality of deliverables and end product prior to publishing;
  • Maintain a cohesive tone of voice for the educational content.

Requirements

  • Native or full business fluency (C2) in English;
  • Strong Spanish skills are preferred;
  • 2+ years of educational content (Internal or public) development and/or management in IT or Engineering.
  • Able to develop cohesive and logical curriculums;
  • Strong project management, technical writing & editing skills;
  • Experience with solar engineering and AutoCAD is preferred;
  • Attention to detail.

Salary Range

36,000 - 50,000 gross/yearly
