Your passion

• You are responsible for the construction of our solar plants in various countries
• You lead and develop your team of project manager and site-manager located in different countries
• You ensure and continuously improve our high-quality standards of our solar farms
• You ensure and continuously improve documentation and execution of HSE standards
• You are responsible for the timely and on budget execution of our projects
• You identify and respect country specific requirements
• You ensure good communication and collaboration with other departments within ABO Energy.
• You maintain and expand our network of external partners and subcontractors
• You continuously support our organisation to improve our processes, quality and cost efficiency. Perform site visits to ensure contractual compliance and best quality of the works

Your qualification

• Degree in engineering or similar educational background mandatory
• 5-10 years of experience in photovoltaic EPC business
• Business fluent in English and German; Additional languages would be considered an asset
• Proven track record of solar farms in multi megawatt scale and in different markets
• Experience in an international environment
• Hands on and solution orientated mentality
• Experience to lead and develop a team
